Concept Validation

Concept validation, is an obviously critical, yet frequently overlooked task. Do not simply assume that a new technology is able to fulfill a compelling customer need. As Steve Blank says, “There are no facts inside your building, so get outside.”

SSCI personnel have the technical competence to understand your product concept, the experience to help you identify all of the implicit assumptions about customer needs, product acceptance, and behaviors, and the market research tools to help you test them.
